Katrina has enjoyed baking for many years, but her cake artist journey began in 2016.  In need of Lego cake and cookies to give her son's birthday the "wow" factor, she suddenly had a thought: "I can totally do that!  How hard can it be?!"  Well, that was a loaded question! Caking is not as easy it looks.  What she discovered in the process was priceless — an overwhelming amount of excitement and joy!  Family and friends began asking for her cakes and treats to be featured at their celebrations.  In those moments, Katrina realized baking and designing cakes was one of her many gifts. Several classes, tutorials, cakes, cupcakes and cookies later, The Twisted Baker was born.  Her passion for baking something that tastes great along with a creative spirit never grows tired of bringing client's visions to cake!
